Dr. Craig Bissinger is a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist in private practice in New Jersey.  In addition to delivering over 8000 babies in his years, he has supported and helped his patient achieve optimal health.  Dr. B has been a strong advocate for his patients and guide as they confront life’s challenges both physically and emotionally. 

He is a revered teacher of medical student and residents in OB/GYN, helping them learn to care for their patients with knowledge, empathy and humor. Dr. Bissinger is the author of Pickles and Ice Cream: A Father’s Guide to Pregnancy, Knuckleball Jones; The First Pitch, co-author of Not My Style, and two unpublished medical thrillers.

Dr. B’s practice has evolved over the years and now encompasses a more holistic approach to health and wellness including happiness. In today’s episode, Dr. Bissinger shares the happiness practices that have helped improve his patient’s lives.
