Mindy Gorman-Plutzer CHC, CEPC, FNLP is the owner and creator of The Freedom Promise, a Functional Nutrition and Eating Psychology coaching practice dedicated to guiding you on the most valuable journey of your life – the one where you get to realize and reclaim the most vibrant version of yourself.
