Katie Wells, CTNC, MCHC, is the founder of Wellness Mama, an online resource for women and moms who want to live healthier lives. Katie and her team of researchers and medical advisors analyze a wide variety of health, parenting, and natural living topics and summarize the information in a clear and usable way. They aim to present practical tips, natural food recipes, DIY beauty instructions, green cleaning tutorials, natural remedies, and other information to improve people's lives. 

 

Katie also hosts The Wellness Mama Podcast, a weekly podcast series covering the health topics of real food, stress, sleep, fitness, toxins, natural living, and much more to give you actionable steps to improve your family’s health.
