Joan Pagano is a fitness expert, author of internationally published fitness books, and owner of Joan Pagano Fitness in New York City. She has worked as a personal fitness trainer on Manhattan’s Upper East Side since 1988, providing professional guidance and support to people at all levels of fitness.

Joan has created hundreds of training programs specially tailored for individuals, groups, fitness facilities, schools, hospitals, and corporations through her work.
